How do I place an order?

You can place an order by filling out the Order Form, sending us a message on WhatsApp, or emailing us. Please include your name, class, address, the items you wish to purchase, and their quantities. The order is sent to our email when you submit it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept cash on delivery. Pre-orders are also welcome, and these are stored in our database for easy processing.

What is the delivery time?

- Orders delivered to the school are fulfilled by the next school day.
- Home deliveries are completed within 24 hours.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

If your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible, InshaAllah.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but please do so as soon as possible by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Once your order has been processed for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

There is no minimum order for school deliveries. For home deliveries within Shekhertek, there is no minimum order requirement either.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, there is no delivery charge as we only provide deliveries within Shekhertek.

How can I track my order?

We currently do not offer an online tracking system. However, you can contact us via email for updates on your order status.
